Judy has always had a passion for helping others and living a healthy lifestyle. She opened her health food store in New Bern, NC, in 2018, fulfilling her long-time dream after starting in Kinston, NC, in 2010. As the owner and team leader of Living Well Down East, Judy loves to give back to the community and be an active part of New Bern. You may wonder about the mermaid logo... Judy has a deep love for swimming, diving, and boating—all things water—reflecting her inner mermaid!

Brian

Brian has been with the Living Well Down East team for over 7 years, but he has been in the health food store industry in New Bern, NC for decades. He possesses extensive knowledge that he is always eager to share, particularly in areas like supplements and homeopathies. Additionally, he enjoys reading and cycling, making the most of his time outside of the whole foods scene in New Bern, NC.
